- Provide technical and organizational leadership to the warehouse and logistics team.
- Ensure the efficient flow of incoming and outgoing goods.
- Coordinate and supervise order picking, packing, and shipping operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory counts.
- Ensure a high level of inventory accuracy and continuously improve warehouse processes.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, occupational health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor delivery schedules and shipping deadlines.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve warehouse and shipping discrepancies.
- Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Sales, Service, and external logistics providers.
- Support the continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes.
- Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to team members.

- Successfully completed vocational training or a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience in warehouse or logistics management.
- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in inventory management and maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy.
- Good knowledge of occupational health & safety regulations and warehouse compliance requirements.
- Valid forklift certification.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
- Strong communication skills, leadership capabilities, and a collaborative mindset.
