Responsible for service and maintenance operations in the field of forklifts and port equipment
Ensure the quality and compliance of all service and maintenance activities
Identify and report deviations or quality issues in services or products and contribute to root cause analysis
Document service and maintenance activities and actively support continuous product and service improvement
Work closely with customers to capture machine requirements and operational needs in the forklift and port equipment sector
Manage and optimize internal service processes and interfaces (e.g., spare parts, logistics, technical support)
Lead a small service team and coordinate external service providers or subcontractors

Your mission
Your profile
Solid technical knowledge of forklifts and/or port machinery (e.g., reachstackers, container handlers, industrial trucks)
Experience in maintenance, repair, and service processes for heavy machinery (hydraulics, electrical, mechanical systems)
Experience in customer service and collaboration with sales, product, and service teams
Technical background (e.g., mechatronics, industrial mechanic, electrician) or equivalent qualification
Hands-on mentality, team player, strong customer orientation, and entrepreneurial mindset
Willingness to travel for on-site customer visits; excellent German communication skills, good English skills
