Your mission

Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient aftersales support and clear communication
Manage product issues, coordinate timely solutions, and follow up with customers
Collaborate with technical teams and coordinate with the Chinese headquarters when necessary
Support general administration and operational tasks
Use online systems to track claims and spare parts procurement progress
Assist the aftersales manager in organising and delivering training sessions

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus
Experience in technical support roles within construction machinery industry
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient with CRM, MS Office, and service management tools
Detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities
