CRM & Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/x)

Your mission

Lead the planning, design, and launch of a new corporate website tailored for the European market
Take ownership of our CRM system: structure, populate, and maintain customer data for efficient marketing and sales alignment
Develop and execute B2B digital marketing campaigns across email, web, and social media
Create and publish relevant, high-impact content for LinkedIn and other channels
Drive SEO/SEA strategy and optimization in coordination with external and internal teams
Analyze campaign and platform performance to derive insights and optimize continuously
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and HQ marketing teams to align messaging and strategy

Your profile

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business with a focus on digital marketing
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar B2B digital marketing role
Proven success in managing websites, CRM systems, and social media channels
Track record in running lead-generation campaigns, including testing and performance optimization
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEA tools and practices
Hands-on, strategic thinker with the ability to work across cultures and departments
Business fluent in English; German and/or Chinese is a plus

Konzeption, Umsetzung und Betreuung einer neuen Unternehmenswebsite für den europäischen Markt
Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung unseres CRM-Systems: Datenpflege, Strukturierung und Optimierung für Marketing- und Vertriebsprozesse
Planung, Umsetzung und Auswertung von digitalen B2B-Marketingkampagnen (E-Mail, Web, Social Media)
Redaktionsplanung und Veröffentlichung zielgruppenrelevanter Inhalte auf LinkedIn und weiteren Plattformen
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von SEO- und SEA-Strategien in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
Analyse und Reporting der Kampagnenleistung zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und dem internationalen Headquarter zur strategischen Abstimmung

Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Digitalmarketing
Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im digitalen B2B-Marketing, idealerweise im internationalen Umfeld
Erfahrung in der Website-Verwaltung, CRM-Systemen und Social Media Management
Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Durchführung von Lead-Generierungskampagnen inkl. Testing und Performanceanalyse
Fundierte Kenntnisse in SEO/SEA und Webanalyse-Tools
Analytische Denkweise, strategisches Verständnis und hohe Eigeninitiative
Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse; Deutsch- oder Chinesischkenntnisse von Vorteil
